While trying to fix my Buff and Short Duration Buff windows I had to turn on the borders so I could reposition them.

In another window I saw ToggleBorder which somehow I had completely missed so thought that would be useful to add instead of editing the xml to turn the border on and off.

However, when I toggle the border off the spell icons vanish as well
And when I toggle the border back on, the spell icons return

Anyone have experience using this option ?
