Arrow 4 TargetWindow Mods based from Geddine's

I posted this in the Help section that alot of people had seemed to have problems with Geddines Target Window not showing after last patch. So, here is what I have done and previously posted:

I took out the little lines that had shown in middle of bar and I copy and pasted some stuff from Vert's mod to make the bar show up a little better. I also changed the font to be a slight bit larger and yellow to stand out that can easily be changed to any color you like.
In addition my background is bluish so that will show different on yours.

This is code to look for to change Target text color and such, and a link to code numbers to put in place. These can be used on many mods to change text color. If this is not in between the <font> and <RelativePosition> just copy and paste and test it out worked great on my Spellbook mod

Here is the file with NO EQUI_Animations.xml that has been placed in the EQUI_TargetWindow.xml, the zip also includes the needed target.tga file
Just place the two files to your favorite skin directory and load and have fun!

Okie

I will try to keep this the least confusing as possible

First - The Target window with No yellow fill:
Target No Fill

Second - The Target window with Cast showing where fill would have been
Target Cast Fill

Third - The Target window WITH yellow fill and Cast showing Above
Target w/Fill Cast Over

I made the bar sizable if you do not wish to have this option change this way:

Also, if any conflicts to your current mods happen when download new additions you may need to just take the EQUI_Animations file out of favorite skin folder. This may cause more problems however, but most can be fixed quickly by copy and pasting info from the EQUI_Animations.xml file to the USED file like for this is EQUI_TargetWindow.xml

I am seeing how popular these are if any,

Yes, it is like Geddines

However, I made the bars like the Vert Mod and all information has stayed in two files: xml and tga

If needed I can place the Name and Percentage further to right for longer names, but most fit.
