Default What program do you use?

Just wanted to know what people were using to either edit or make their interfaces... all i got atm is dumb old paint and that is not going to do it... i d/led a tryout version of adobe photo shop but it says the save option is disabled in it which makes it rather useless. if anyone knows a place where i can dl some sort of a program that will allow me to edit tga's let me know thanks

Gimp, http://www.gimp.org/ is free, I think I got the URL right.

I use PS7 myself. And XMLSpy for the XML stuff.

Going to take a swing at the gimp stuff and see how it works took a bit to figure out how to dl it tho lol =) thanks again
