I've been hording up some of the old picture files for years now so that I have the old school buff icons for all spells and buffs but now that they've switched to a different file format (from .tga to .dds) I am running into a problem where I can't utilize any of the new item picture files that are being added to the game.

I was hoping to find a program I could use to convert my old .tga files to .dds format but so far have not had any luck with it.

Has anyone either found a program that can do this (that doesn't cost a fortune) or already have the old buff/spell icon files converted that they'd share with me please?
