What is wrong with this picture

What did I do wrong with these interface piece. I modded the colors on Windows pieces 1-7 and cannot get 1, 4, 5 and 6 to load properly. In fact, Window pieces 4 and 6 crash EQ. Window pieces 5 just won't show up. And Window pieces 1 - let's just say I have to load a working ui by typing /loadskin <myuiname here>

For more information, I use Paint Shop Pro 8. I created masks for each piece, saved to alpha channel, from the default interface peices to use in creating them. I make sure that the only working layers I have when I save the files as .tga are the image and the mask.

What am I doing wrong.

Also - how do I make my own unique pointer and chat window graphics work doing this? I'm completely drawing a blank here :/

As long as the alpha channel is correct, EQ will only load what is white inside alpha channel. I don't know if your alpha channels are correct cause I can't to a real paint program.
