Hot Button changes

Just downloaded a patch that made a change to the Hot Button. Each box now has a number 1-9 and 0 that goes with what key to press to activate the button.

The follow files where changed with the patch:

EQUI_HotButtons.xml
EQUI_Animations.xml
window_pieces06.tga
window_pieces07.tga
