Default Most popular TGA editors?
Hi guys, I have been tinkering with my UI files and have started to dip in to modifying the TGA files. I am having trouble with the programs that I currently have (they do not seem to support layers). What programs have you found that work best for these purposes.

The GIMP (http://gimp.org) is a free one. It takes a bit of tinkering to figure out though.

Project Dogwaffle also has a free version. I find gimp too confusing, this one much simpler.
