Having returned to Everquest once again, I have taken to updating this UI.
I have updated and reconstructed the original Quartz interface, as made by my fellow guildie Statix Cinderblade. This follows the invaluable work done by DarkSir23, Seaxouri, Anemonie, and a guildie of mine Ebonylight who were updating this interface prior to now.

I have endeavored to maintain the clean feel of the screen above the dashboard, thus many of the features have been resized to fit within or match the original dimensions. Another important aspect is maintaining the resizable chat boxes in the middle, making the UI work for virtually all screen resolutions. As the game grows and adds different windows and icons, this becomes more and more difficult.

*Updated for thousanths level of experience numbers
*Swapped to Merc exp and AA from Leader exp and AA in Player window
*Altered Raid window to be resizeable such that 9-10 groups are visible, depending on screen size
*Added threat indications
*Created custom Advance Loot Window due to hotbar number exceeding the previous real estate
