I'm having a problem with some UI's action bar 4. In Sars, it is the right half of the main stat/hp window with the extra Hotbar buttons. In the default UI it's just another bar of buttons. The problem is, whenever I log out, this bar disappears. Does anyone know why this is the case or how to fix it? It does it to me in default and ALL custom UI's.

I apoligize for posting nearly the same topic in 2 forums, just trying to find a quick answer so I can get back to playing normal again.
