I downloaded the new Vert UI, which I like and is my first Vert mod, and set up all the windows the way I like them. My question is how can I use the exact same positioning on other characters?

Is it a matter of editting the INI file or something else in the UI files?

I can't test that program at the moment, and from that thread it appears something is wrong. But from what I gleened from that, it is not what I really want. But it does answer my question.

That program appears to copy whole INI files from character to character. And since the hotkeys are stored in the INI file for each character, I don't want to copy the whole thing. Just certain sections.

Should not be hard to cut and paste from one to the other manually now that I know which file to look at.

...the Hotbuton Macros are only copied in the CHARNAME_##.ini not the UI_CharName_##.ini.

Go back to the original thread. I have left detailed instructions.
I do this all the time and my socials/hotbuttons etc are never affected. Only window positions and chat choice locations.
