Sorted EQUI.XML

Attached file is an alphabetical sorted equi.xml. This makes it real easy when opening interface pieces in SidlWidl. Just place in your current UI folder, and open like normal, or set your default path to a folder only containing this new equi.xml. If you place this in the default UI folder, it will be overwritten when you patch. Only known issue is when you save in SidlWidl with this new file in the same as your UI, it will save every equi_xxx.xml in the same folder.
