Default Help with spellbar .tga

After the recent patch that messed with spell icons, I finally decided it was time to update my old, old copy of the T.King spellbar. Honestly, it's the first time I've played around with .tga files, but I thought I had it figured out after some trial and error.

The issue is, the bottom 1/3 of the bar is completely messed up on-screen. I've attached some pics and files to hopefully help, please ask if there's any further clarification I can provide.

Here's a cap of the bar with no icons. As you can see, the last four icons are completely screwed up and the spellbook icon is missing all together.

Here's a pic of the icons loaded (don't have 13th slot on this toon). Icons look fine for use, but, again, no spellbook and you can see the messed up graphics waiting underneath.

And here's a shot of the .tga file from within Adobe (I've also attached that and the xml in the zip).

This is fairly easy to fix, but the .tga file in the download isn't the same one pictured. If you add the correct file I can fix it for you. I am not an artist.

The one in the zip should be the same as the one in the third screen cap. I just tried opening it from the zip files directly. What's it look like on your end?

OK, so if I save it as a RAW file and then open it, I can see shadows of the stuff that you're seeing in GIMP. So something is screwy with the layers, it looks like.

OK, I think this got it. Could you check the transparency layers, though? I think it needs the background and the middle of the gems set.

Here is a working spellbar. I dont know how to trim the different colored part that shows up behind the gem.

Thank! Looks great. I'm not sure why I was having so much trouble getting the alpha layer laid down, but you left it perfect.
