Also, each proc of the buff will have a small jolt added to it to reduce agro. 2) Cast time changed to .5 seconds 3) The focus effect will now reduce the reuse time on Blind Rage by 4/8 minutes We’re open to feedback on any of these changes. We’ll also be requesting an increase in the number of buffs that can go into the short duration buff box; we’re thinking 9-12 buffs, and then moving all epic effects to that box.
