Default ohh how about..

Hi folks, i am looking for someone willing to mod an existing spellbar to be 12 slot.

Current bar is arched ten slot spellbar

This one is a great for ranger's and other classes that have aimable beam type spells. I have it center screen and it allows me to aim my BOA spell.

I did send a PM to the authour, but recieved no response.

Yes I can add 2 extra gems at the bottom at the sides if that's OK? I'll take a look tonight and post an update as I can.

Edit: I have the backgrounds covered, just need to do the xml now.

I hope this is what your looking for. Let me know if anything is missing please.

I adjusted the right side background so it sat correctly, I also re aligned the spell gems so they matched better also. Hope you like it!

Not the same one but i added the 2 slots and tested in beta so it works.

Oh and it was pretty easy first time ive ever edited any part of the UI but its trial and error had to search through the eqtype numbers starting at 139 to find the right ones for the spell names to show in the new slots but lucky they were 149 and 150. Other then that its just simple adding 2 more slots and making the window 2 slots taller.

Actually, that didn't work for me. It looks like the two new spell buttons you put in used the wrong <spelldrawtemplate> (s).

Here is my edited version which seems to work, each of the spell cast gems appearing the same.

Now my question is, is there a way to add a label to each button (just above or below it) which shows the button's #? I don't know if spell gems have that label built-in or not, and I don't want to re-create the wheel by making a window that doesn't auto-expand with fixed position text labels.

*edit* I think I found something:
<Label item="CSPW_Spell0_No">
I guess I need to play with this a bit. Will let you know what I figure out!

I can assure you that it works, your not seeing the extra 2 gems because you haven't spent AAs into the skill to have them. i looked at your xml file and it looks to be exactly the same. I tested mine in beta and it works, which parts did you change?

XML with the LayoutVertical or LayoutHorizontal do not work well with spell text unless you start to put in 2 different sets of xml info (2 different layouts) and then offset the info. Is it possible? yes. Is it worth it? No. This is why i have optional downloads with the normal <location> tabs for the window with spell text.

I played around with this some and decided to make a compact version, with the description in smaller font and including the spell gem # in a larger font.

Here it is:

I didn't say I didn't see the spell gems, I said they looked different. I have the AAs.
Look at what I posted and what you posted again and you will see a difference where I indicated, specifically

<SpellGemDrawTemplate>
<Holder>A_BtnPressed</Holder>
<Background>A_BtnFlyby</Background>
<Highlight>A_SpellGemHighlight</Highlight>
</SpellGemDrawTemplate>

instead of
<SpellGemDrawTemplate>
<Holder>A_SpellGemHolder</Holder>
<Background>A_SpellGemBackground</Background>
<Highlight>A_SpellGemHighlight</Highlight>
</SpellGemDrawTemplate>

I see the difference now. I loaded it on default and saw the gems there and had copied the 2 new slots from default also. I didn't even think that someone had changed the names of the gem slots. Your right there was a code difference that I didn't see.

Good spot (but something I shouldn't assume on other people's windows).
