Default Need some other brains working on this one

I've had someone come to me with a problem, and everything I can think of hasn't worked. So, asking someone else to look in and see if they have any other suggestions.

The ui they are trying to use is from the Mix and Match section, the druidui1.

Questions already asked and answered:

1) No errors when trying to load, just goes back to default ui.

2) Nothing in UIError.txt log file.

3) Checked custom folder to make sure that files aren't in a subfolder.

4) Not using the /loadskin window, using the /loadskin customfoldername 1 command line.

5) No differences in capitalization.

6) eqclient.ini file: NewUI=True, UISkin=default.

7) UI_CharacterName_ServerNumber.ini file: UISkin=CustomFolderName.

Also, they have tried using other ui's, and still no joy.

Colour me stumped. Anyone else have a suggestion on what to check?

Default When they type /loadskin ....

and they get the little default loadskin window, is the new UI's directory listed in it?

If its not, then they put it in the wrong place.

If it is, then it might not be being spelled correctly in their player INI file.

Do you have your custom UI folders as subfolders below \uifiles or below \Skins? I'd bet you put them below \Skins, they need to be subfolders of \uifiles, understand?

But in game when you use /loadskin (with nothing after it) the custom UI folders don't show up correct (only default is an option)? Then EQ doesn't see the folders. Nothing else I can think of. Sorry.
