AngUI not loading - fails over to default

I downloaded the most recent version of Ang's UI, from July 1. Every time I try to load the UI, it reloads the default. My error log shows the following:

I saw someone posted a similar problem in an earlier thread, but there were no responses. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix this?
